I experience pure joy when I am in worship and praise. It is in worshipping God daily that I find the strength for the days ahead. "The Joy of the Lord is my Strength."
The best part of the week is at the end of my day, looking back to see what was accomplished in my life (spirit, soul and body), what was accomplished at work and of what lasting memories were made with family and friends.
