Resident Clergy

The Reverend Steven P. Macias

Rector (2018-Present)
OSB, Community of Christ the Sower

The Rev. Steven P. Macias is Rector at Saint Paul’s Anglican Church and Headmaster of Canterbury Christian School.

He is married to Sarah and the father to Athanasius, Anselm, Lucy Assumpta, Basil, Zoe, and Ambrose.

He loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys singing show tunes and following Broadway theater. He makes his own beef jerky, relishes adding new religious entries on Wikipedia, re-reading Flannery O’Connor, and writing handwritten, long-form letters.

Father James Gadomski was educated in a Christian school for most of his childhood and through those teachers “fell in love with reading.” His favorite book series is C.S. Lewis’ The Chronicles of Narnia, which helped shape him immensely, growing up. As well, he loves games that challenge the mind, especially board games; he feels one of the greatest tools for learning is through play.

He also believes that spiritual formation is essential to education. He says, “My passion in education is helping children find the reason God made them, find His Purpose for them. I do not think there is a higher calling than that.”

Rev. Gadomski received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Middle Tennessee State University and his Master of Divinity degree from Trinity School for Ministry.
