Fellowship Meal Team
Setting the Table for Christian Fellowship and Joy
At Saint Paul’s Anglican Church, we believe that meals matter. Throughout Scripture, God gathers His people at tables—from the Passover to the Lord’s Supper, from feasts in the wilderness to the marriage supper of the Lamb. In that same spirit, our Fellowship Meal Team helps create a space where hospitality, laughter, conversation, and community flourish.
Each Sunday after worship, our parish shares a meal together. This ministry supports the preparation, setup, and cleanup of these meals—ensuring that the table is set for Christian friendship and family life to grow.
What We Do
🍽 Sunday Fellowship Meals – Organize and support weekly potlucks and parish meals
🎉 Special Events & Feasts – Prepare meals for feast days, baptisms, and holy day celebrations
🧹 Setup & Cleanup – Ensure the kitchen, serving line, and hall are clean and orderly
☕️ Hospitality Support – Provide coffee, tea, and refreshments for parish gatherings
“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”
— Acts 2:42 (KJV)
Who Can Serve?
This ministry is ideal for individuals and families who enjoy serving behind the scenes. Whether you can cook, clean, organize, or simply offer a helping hand, there is a place for you on the team.
- Volunteer once per month or as often as you’re able
- Great for youth, parents, and newcomers to get involved
- Training and support are provided
Potluck Philosophy
Each family is encouraged to bring a dish to share each Sunday. The Fellowship Meal Team helps coordinate themes, ensure basic supplies are available, and make sure no one is left out.
